My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What roof tile manufacturer and blend is that? And what brand stucco and color? What finish for the stucco?

    Thank you for your interest in Allen Construction's Hope Ranch Spanish Style Custom Home. The roof tile are Terra Cotta Mission Tile by Materiales de Construccion with random boosters. The exterior integral color plaster was stock La Habra color, not a custom color. It is a hand troweled textured finish.
