What are the dimensions? Is the larger window centered on the wall? It looks like the bed could fit with the headboard under or in front of either window.

Get a long, low bed and position it under the window. Then you can build a closet or place an oversized, used armoire in the space.

Does the bb heat run all the way behind the angled armoire? If not, you could angle the bed in that same spot. Angled beds work pretty well, and that will put you in view of the door, which assures secure, more restful sleep. Is the other door to a bath with a closet? If closet space is not sufficient, you could build a nice walk-in one in that recess.

The bathroom does have a closet, not walk in, but it's a closet with doors. I thought I would not use it, due to humidity from taking showers, but the current owners do have clothes there, for me it's a first to see that...

The bathroom closet might be fitted out with shelves to work as a linen storage and cleaning supply closet for the entire home, unless you have one elsewhere. Some like to install washer and dryer in the master if the closet can be vented outside.

If the baseboard heat isn't an issue, under the windows might be a good option since there doesn't seem to be too many options here. Otherwise we might do it where the dresser is if you are going to build the other part out into a closet.
