So sorry you're facing this. The faucet took me longer to commit to than any other part of my kitchen reno, I believe. Too many brands are Chinese rebranded junk. :(

I've had that same faucet now for 15 years. I've had leaks twice - needed a washer ring. I called P & R and they sent me an entire bag of them in various sizes. Took the faucet apart (start with the little finial on top), replaced the washer, and I was good to go. I'm betting a washer dropped off sometime during the installation.

I am with Anglophilla on this. Well over 80% of problems with newly installed faucets turn out to be an installation issue. Installers need to take the time to read the installation instructions, but seldom do.

I install a lot of faucets and I was surprised how unimpressed I was with a recent Rohl.

Joseph, what's your favorite faucet brand?

I like the Delta's that you don't have to lie on your back to install.

Vanessa, our kitchen designer contacted customer support, thank you for offering! We had a plumber come here and add a water pressure regulator to our home. The valve in it was not right and it made all sorts of racket, ugh. They came back and replaced that and it has made a big difference, we do still see a drip occasionally. We have many faucets in this house (5 bathrooms) and not one has ever had any issues with our water pressure. I admit I am feeling disappointed with the faucet especially given the cost of it. Just my 2 cents.

Hello; are you able to email technical@rohlhome.com a quick video of the drip, also please include your name, address, and phone number? We may need to ship you a replacement aerator, as there may be some debris stuck in yours, which is retaining water and creating the occasional drip.

i have the same faucet - installed 6 years ago with a remodel and it has been terrible. Have replaced parts twice and it is now again leaking like crazy. My plumber ordered a replacement part on warranty and just got in touch with me to let me know the part is back ordered until February. So it is Sept 30 and Rohl is telling me to just let this leak constantly until Feb? Terrible service. Terrible faucet. So disappointed.

Rohls, including Perrin & Rowe, was recently purchased by Fortune Brands which is Moen's parent company. Perrin & Rowe will evidently be split off from Rohl which will now be two separate brands. Fortune Brands is on a buying tear. It now owns Shaws, Victoria & Albert and Reibel as well as Rohls and Perrin & Rowe, and is jumping into the composite decking business with its purchase of Fiberon.

Both Perrin & Rowe and Riobel were runners up for best value faucets in 2017.

I have had this faucet for 8 years and I have had to replace two hoses that leaked. Now I have a third hose leaking and I have been waiting on the correct hose now for two weeks. The hoses sent to me were wrong on two occasions even after I sent pictures and descriptions. You can't buy the hoses locally so you are at the mercy of ROHL to send the correct ones.

You would think they would build this expensive faucet with connections to a universal type hose. Grrrrrrrrrr My next faucet will come from a big box store.

I have this faucet, it was installed 5 years ago in our renovation. We’ve not had issues until now -with this Rohl—the bathroom Rohl faucets are a different story. This one in the kitchen, we’ve just taken it apart and I can’t tell where it’s leaking from? Any thoughts?

We have Perrin & Rowe bathroom faucets. The water here in San Jose is terribly hard and the right faucet is now leaking. I figured I needed a new cartridge, but can't figure out which one fits. I also can't figure out how to pry out the porcelain piece at the top of the faucet (which says Cold) Can anyone help?

Terrible faucets. Spent over $3000 on my kitchen faucet and have spent another $1500 on plumbers to have it replaced, parts fixed etc. It is still leaking from the top and the sprayer which has been replaced twice still does not work.

i read this thread and found it helpful, but i also found a different possible soultion, the side sprayer has a spring in, simply stretch the spring a good bit then put it back in, it helped keep the valve shut in the spayer head. works perfect now

Better than stretching the spring, take it out and go to the nearest Ace or True Value hardware store. Buy a spring the same size, but with more tension. The problem with stretching the spring is that it dies not stay stretched.

We have a brand new Perrin & Rohl bridge faucet and sprayer too. It has been in less than a week and it drips water consistently after every use. Pools all over the counter!! 😩

I just had a Rohl expensive Pot filler installed into a $75k kitchen renovation and after 3 weeks it turned into a gushing spigot and damaged the new cabinets, hardwoods and wall behind the tile! Just a disaster. Plumber said it was a faulty ring. Ferguson is trying to help us with Rohl.
