Can someone confirm my Raspberry disease diagnosis?

Hello there!

I am experiencing some signs of disease in my new Raspberry patch. I built a raised be earlier this year made up up of Miracle grow Raised bed soil, Black Kow manure, and some berry fertilizer. The berries were initially doing well and I got a small crop of berries. However, since June, they have started to show signs of diseases. I recently cut out a bunch of the canes that had fruited as they had some sort of disease (they had it real bad-very yellow leaves with holes in them). I also took out a bunch of new canes to increase airflow. However, the primocanes are showing signs of disease as well. I think they have a combination of powdered mildew and leaf spot. It appears that the lower "branches" (the part that connects the stems to the cane itself) have started to die leaving few leaves on the bottom of some of the plants. These "branches" still stay attached for a while (albeit brown) before falling off. I live is zone 8a and have planted the following varieties: Joanne J, Caroline, Baba, Heritage, Fall gold, and Anne. Can someone confirm that they do, indeed, have leaf spot and powdery mildew? Do you see any indicators of other diseases? How do I go about treating the plants so they don't die? I have started applying some Ortho 3 in 1 to the plants, but I just started in the last week so I haven't noticed much difference yet. I appreciate any help!
