Weird plants this year?

I have had no time lately, and have barely posted, but I have to get this off before company comes. This is my first year to have a "mature" garden in Maine, or more like a "not brand new" garden, and either I don't know much about timing, our area is strange, or things are just weird.

--My spring anemones are reblooming

--I still have a peony that finally put out its blooms

--My echinaceas started blooming BEFORE the peony

--My 'First Love' Veronica is supposed to be 18" tall and it is nearly 3' tall, but the flowers look identical to what 'First Love' is supposed to be, and last year it was an obedient 18" tall.

--My Lamb's Ear is still blooming. Waiting for the bees to finish to I can shear it, because I love it best when it is just basal foliage but they love it best when it flowers. I thought it was an early flowering plant.

--My NOID Heuchera/Tiarella is still blooming.

How much of this is normal?
