help wanted from Japan

Hello there ! We are remodeling one room from our building , this room we plan to use as a officer or my self , and play area in the summer due to large garden outside . we will put a kitchen and a bath Inside and outside we plan to make a shower a put a sauna (my husband dream) ,if you have any ideas of the design please advice . We like modern light color style . Thank you very much in advance .
