Only the exterior of this house was used in the show. The interior was studio sets. That being said, this looks like a time capsule.

This is right around the corner from my old house in Studio City. There are busloads of tourists that drive by here daily, and you can
always find people with cameras lurking in front of this home.

The price is pretty high for the condition it is in. But it's a desirable area where prices are soaring and there is a good chance it will be torn down. I truly hope the current owners insist on selling to someone who will merely restore it. The interiors obviously need some work - the kitchen was obviously updated in the 80s. But it would be a real shame if it was demolished.

Well I’ve already been in touch with my besties from way back then. We’re considering pooling our money to buy it as a vacation home! ;) It was one of our favorite shows. I had jumpers to rival anything Marcia and Jan wore. I love the outside but the inside always seemed to be backwards from the outside shot.

Definitely nothing like the "sets" for the back yard or interior shoots. The wall paper is the worst of it. Seeing this it should give EVERYONE pause before making paper "in" again!!!

I like the inside except for the kitchen. I watched the show, and it always bothered me the inside didn't seem to mesh with the exterior.

I would put money down that the interior PA system does not work. I have yet to come across one that has.
