You are good for now. Next spring you should check the roots and see if it needs to be upgraded.

Edit: I hope you have more than one hole in that pot. The more holes, the better the drainage.

Mike, I'm in Zone 5b and the plan is to bring the plant indoor before winter. I know I might need a grow light because I only have west, east and north facing windows, anything else do I need? I know you are super knowledgable about growing Meyer lemon trees and any insights would be appreciated!

Leslie, Yes, having only one hole does create a problem. Citrus don't like having wet feet and having only one drainage hole makes it a bit difficult to remove all the excess water. It's not so bad during the summer because water can evaporate through the sides, but, during the winter inside in a house, water doesn't behave that way. If your heart is set on using this pot, add some extra holes. I use plastic pots and the bottoms look like the side of a kitchen colandar. lol.
