My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The rug is custom and was made by a Seattle based company: Designs by Ferdod. The design is called Flaxen Star. We customized the size and scale of the design as well as the type and color of the fibers. The clients already had the sofa when we met, so I am not sure where they acquired it. It may be this one: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/petrie-sofa/s592529 from Crate & Barrel, if there are options on the seat cushions.
