Racking my brain over what barstools to get for my island. I‘d like 5 stools in total: 2 on each side and one at the end.

only requirements are :

- they need to be backless so I can tuck them underneath when not being used

- needs to be sturdy .. Hubby and oldest son are each about 250 lbs

- needs to be bar height (28-29” is perfect, 31” is probably max height)

preferences:

upholstered - seems more comfortable

more elegant style (vs rustic or too Industrial)
