is the wire in the center

I would like to replace an existing chandelier with this one. I see that the wire runs up one of the chains. Can the wire then be centered in the top plate or does the chandelier need to be centered over one of the chains. Also, does everything attached at the center or are the bolts or screws that are supposed to go into the drywall on either side of the wiring.

    Hi,


    Everything gets attached on the center of the mounting plate, the wire that goes on one of the sides will be centered on the top plate. It does have 2 small screws that hold the mounting plate on the sides but these doesn't attach to the ceiling or drywall only to the bracket that will go on the ceiling under the mounting plate...
