First home! Looking for exterior color suggestions

Hello!!

First time posting and also a first time home owner. I think this house has tons of potential, I just don't really know how to harness it all together. Looking for inspiration from a contemporary cabin style home, not too rustic. I just wanted to see if anyone had ideas on three things:

1. Windows need to be replaced, but based on a Google search, white trim may not look good with this brown house. What color windows and window trim do you think might look good?

2. The white double door is practically brand new. Should I paint it to get the more contemporary look? If so, what color?

3. Any suggestions for cleaner looking alternatives to the deck lattice?

Looking at your home again (congrats! love all the windows!), do you really need to display the lattice? Plantings in front would make the front of your home more visually interesting & could coordinate with whatever colors you choose for trim / siding / or door. This would also take the attention away from the lattice.

I'm not a pro. I wouldn't go with white trim for the windows. IMO it would be too stark.

Bronze window trim would blend well with the siding you have now on your home and allow you to choose a color for trim.

If you decide to use a color for your fascia and around the windows, separate from the actual window trim, then go with red or green. Some insp pics below:

Forgot about the front door - yes, paint it. The white is too bright. Even if you go with the bronze trimmed windows and don't paint any other trim, paint the front doors a red or green. Or even a red/orange.

I just googled "deck lattice alternative" then clicked Google's Shopping tab and there are a bunch of products that look nicer in various styles.

Congratulations on new home, it is a very nice looking house. The trim is all fine the way it is. On that style of house, it is better to leave the trim blend into the siding, just like it is now.. The door, well, that definitely needs to be painted. If it were my house, the door would be a darker shade of teal. Your house definitely needs some landscaping. The lattice showing doesnt look great, but, plantings will take care of that problem.
