Little girls' quilts
Here is a pic of one of these quilts which I started last August. There are two identical quilts for our two greatgrand daughters. I don't think they will ever use them until they are into their teens but I wanted to get them done while I still know what I am doing. Forward planning at its best.

I thought I would add a closeup picture of a corner. All the pinwheels are made using Robt. Kaufmann Fusions. I LOVE that fabric. I had been looking for a small floral for the rest of the block and just last year a new line came out, Garden Delights, exactly what I wanted.
When I sent them to the LAQ, I said the quilts are for girls, so anything girly, like hearts or butterflies or flowers would work well. So one quilt is done with hearts and the other has butterflies.
