WHAT'S HAPPENING, HOUZZ!!!??? Posts are not posting..

And it's not just me. Others are having the same problem. I'm posting on a Chromebook and my posts are not showing up. Others are posting on their phones and we can't see them...What the heck??

    also I tried to respond to something ladt night and could type in the comment section but there was no green "submit" button.

    Photos are difficult to load. I would select different photos and I'd have the same ones loading. Glitchy.

    I can post fine if I don't have photos. I think photos may be the issue. I just had to put my photos in the comments.

    I created a post on July 18th (no photos) that has never shown up in the chosen forum. It does show in my activity under posts I started though. This is the most unprofessionally managed forum I've ever seen.

    I couldn't add a simple link in a post for the longest time. I thought I was doing something wrong! Every time I filled out the bottom portion (web address/URL) the top portion (text to display) wiped itself out.

    Weirdest thing.

    Still definitely not a fan of this new forum either. I'm here only because most of the people from GW still are - really don't like the new HOASS platform at all.

    The problem with reporting it is that it's multiple posts and not just mine. I had to reply 4 times to one post before one stuck. And over the boards I won't keep on reporting it, I shouldn't have to.

    Why do some posts in a thread not show up for days? It leads to confusion and, sometimes, wrong assumptions about another person because of a "lack" of reply. I have felt foolish on more than one occasion (not unusual, but unnecessary)

    I have not had any trouble, except slow posting speeds, and I'm on a PC and I use Firefox for my browser.

    I've experienced problems with posting & sharing new photos, as well as adding HOUZZ photos / products to idea books

    As reported earlier, I am experiencing NO problems using a laptop, W10 and Firefox. There is some sorting of devices and software that needs to be addressed. ✔ ✔

    @pennydesign If you see a post that takes time to become visible, that means it was caught in a filter or was flagged by the community and is waiting to be reviewed. When they are reviewed, they will appear if it was a false positive.

    Was HOUZZ hacked? It's a prime target when you consider the world wide usage, as well as the purchasing offered through this site.

    Unable to save HOUZZ products (area rug) to idea books. There is no save link on the item , nor will copying the url work either .

    Hi there,

    No, Houzz was not hacked.

    When you look at a rug you would like to save, the save button should appear when you mouse over the item. (See photo) If that is not happening, please shoot us a message through help.houzz.com and include some details about your browser and version as well. Thanks!

    Not having any problems on a Macbook Pro with Firefox, but I'm irritated at all the format changes including the feed and the ideabooks. And when I contacted support, it took two days to get a reply which was the usual, "We'll pass your concerns on to the appropriate people."

    I am so glad I found this post. I posted a new topic this morning and it showed up immediately. Not as the top post, but under one that was posted earlier. I commented on another post and then went back to see if I had an answer, and couldn't find my post at all. I waited a bit, refreshed, and still no post. I could only find it through my profile.

    I couldn't find any FAQ type thing that posts would be moderated until there were a certain number of posts, so I posted again and it didn't show up either.

    This is very frustrating.

    @DK If you are using the web browser on an mobile device, then you would want to let them know what operating system you are using on your iPad. You can find that information in your settings > General > about.

    @scardy If you are referring to your post about cookware, it looks like it had been flagged as miscategorized after it was posted, but should be visible now.
