What a lovely room with awesome views! As I stated before, some people want a sectional because of the ”sprawling space” they provide. Others, like me, have two full-size couches in an L-shape because we have a more formal lifestyle. We do not sprawl and have no pets nor children. If I were to visit someone where the seating included a sectional, but an end seat next to an armrest was not available, I would choose to sit elsewhere. I am an ablebodied mature lady with what I consider to be an average personal space, but I’m not going to sit in the middle of a sectional if others are seated there.

Your mileage will vary, obviously.

Never use a loveseat. No one wants to sit on them with someone else.

Why not consider a sofa and two chairs. They can match or contrast.

Thank you for your comment! I agree, no loveseat. Two chairs can be nice, but I think with family visiting, who don't mine sitting next to one another, two sofas would make sense for us. Our two 86" September sofas provided the right amount of seating for family and friends.

Both flooring companies have high quality commercial workshops able to offer different levels of binding. Stanton has wool broadloom both can supply and bind. 6000+ densities for some good for under dining chairs. look at sub bards Rosecore and Antrim. Density is face weight ounces per square foot times 36 divided by pile height in inches.

When looking at sofas don't just look at the overall length, also pay attention to the length of the actual sitting area. Some sofas waste a lot of space on the armrests.

I bought these Jules sofas from Hickory Chair last year. I liked the thin arms that gave me more sitting space for the 90" length.

I love a sectional but only if it is adaptable. We have one with a chaise and ottoman but all three pieces come apart and can be reconfigured if that is wanted. It’s a beautiful space you have.

I think we’ll probably go with the sofas, though, because I feel they will work really well in our space and will be more versatile when family and friends come over to visit.
