Thanks, Manuel. I went to their web site and just browsed the Sans. They have a vast collection of varieties, that's for sure. Have you ordered from them, and if so, how do you rate the plants you received against the photos they have on their web site? They appear to be a great source. Am hoping you have some personal experience with them to relate.

I have no experience with them yet. The person in charge is named Barry Yinger. I found him through a Sansevieria group on Facebook. Seems that his main interest is collecting new specimens in Tanzania, and propagating them at his nursery here in the USA. Here's another picture of Sans he collected in Tanzania and is trying to propagate.

Price is cheap compared to EBay. Some nice stuff.

Manuel, We all learn from each other. Nobody was as dumb as I was just a few years ago. In fact, I might be the same now.

Barry is a nice guy with loads and loads of horticultural knowledge. He and his nursery is currently located in Thailand if I'm correct.

On his facebook page I made a comment about how this Sand is growing out in full sunlight, yet many people believe that Sans don't need sunlight. He said that this is one of the few that grow without protection. Most of them prefer places where they receive some shelter, which is also what I've read and seen in videos. In florida for instance, they grow wild under or very close to trees, where they receive some protection from the harsh afternoon sun

Correct but here in the north-east, we can leave them in full sun. Except maybe the hottest part of summer. When I was down Florida I noticed some sans in full sun. They looked bad. Faint green with some yellowing, while those in the shade of trees looked great.
