It's one of the thousands of weevils or snout beetles. Do you notice that they are chewing any particular kinds of plants?

That first picture shows the adorable factor, something I've always noted with weevils. Useless for ID, though. I recognized it as a weevil immediately but if you want any more than that, we need further information.

Thank you! Weevil is fine. The cute face caught my eye, so I wanted to put a name on it. It peeked out from a petunia flower, but it doesn’t look chewed on.

I could get this down to 100 or so species by noting it is one of the broad-nosed weevils (most other weevils have a very slender snout) and the pale fringe of hairs around the wings.
