My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Foundation Cracks in New Foundation Normal?

We are still in the process of building our new home. We visited the basement today to walk through where we wanted high hats placed and noticed the cracks. We were told this is called settling? Should we inquire further or is this normal?
