My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi - thank you for your interest. Yes, this is made from real leather and not "pleather" which imitation leather made from vinyl. Since this is a bar stool that will be around food and drink most likely, it does have a very thin polyurethane coating on it to prevent staining but the upholstery itself is real leather.
