confirm ID Ultramarine

The hosta in the pictures was purchased via mail order and is supposed to be 'Ultramarine' which is blue. As you can see in the picture, the plant I received is not blue. Is there anytime orvreasin a blue hosta would turn green? I'd would appreciate any help provided. Thank you!
