Without knowing more about how you built the terrarium, it's difficult to speculate what the problem might be. However, it wouldn't be recommended that you put such a planting outside in the direct sun....especially if covered with plastic.

I would take a pair of clean, sharp scissors and remove every burned, dead, and severely wilted leaf and hope that root rot hasn't been initiated.
