My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Specs don’t match

The Houzz specs say this is a residence toilet 27”d but the photo diagram says Walbridge 24 3/8” deep. Can you confirm which it is and potentially give a model number?

    The 24 3/8 is correct. But be aware that the images and diagram used fur this item is not accurate. There is only 2.25" of space behind the lower toilet. The images and diagram show it to be more than double that. Plus Woodbridge customer service is absolutely terrible. I inquired about the deceptive images and diagram and every response from them was "you got what you ordered". They do not care that the images do not match the product.
