Looks like it could be Angular Leaf spot which is most common in cucumbers. It is usually seed born but can also spread from plant to plant. The damp weather would exacerbate the disease and speed it along. Not much can really be done. You might get some fruit but the quality will probably suffer. If you have any other cucurbits like squash in your garden it could spread to that as well.

ETA - copper fungicides can slow the progress of the disease.

I'm not sure what kind of tomato tone you are using but I use espoma once a season. You may be over doing it. Unlike chemical fertilizers organic tones usually slow release.

I envy you having cukes in Oct in NJ, my early ones down here did well for pickles up until July, the later planted cukes never got off the ground before moisture loving diseases took over by late Aug. When did you plant yours? Old age is usually the bane for cukes.
