Depending of what variety of "lemon" you started with, you may never know what you have. For example, if you started with a Eureka, you likely will have a Eureka; but if you started with a Meyer, you may get any number of fruits; but very unlikely it will be a Meyer. Anyway, the fun is in the growing; so good luck. Looks like you are making it happy.

With the exception of Meyer, most lemon varieties produce about 70% nucellar seed, meaning those seeds will be genetic clones of the fruit parent. "True to seed"

Even in the case of seeds that do not turn out to be nucellar, with sour citrus like lemons the fruits from the offspring most often don't turn out to be too different from the fruit parent, so it should still come out relatively "true to seed". That's not the case with Meyer or certain hybrid lemon varieties though; and this is assuming that the blossoms didn't get pollinated by a different (non-lemon) variety of citrus in the surrounding area.
