I should add I did nothing for this shrub except cut it back in the spring to control its size, no water, no fertilizer, no spray. The foliage is perfectly clean, plant looks very healthy and robust. I’m going to move it to a better location.

Possibly ‘the Fairy’?

Hmm. I had The Fairy at my former home and it was a lighter pink, but when I just googled it, I’m getting images of this darker rose color as well. Are the colors variable?

My ‘Fairy’, which is new this year so may not be typical, does have nice dark pink flowers when they first open, but they do fade in the sun to a much lighter pink and even white.
