I think a soft grayed green like mist would be a nice color, so glad all the phony tudor trim will ne removed and hopefully all the grids on the windows too

I like the darker one. Pick up a sample of each, even if you have to have a sample paint mixed. Put it up on the house on the sun side/shade side and see how you like it

I love both colors you are considering, but I think I would like the Monterey Taupe best with your house. The exterior is going to look fantastic with that new garage addition. I can’t see your front walk and landscaping, but you might considering refreshing those at some point too. A landscape architect might have some suggestions to complement your new exterior. I hope you share photos when it’s done - I think it’s going to be such a dramatic change!
