The leaves look healthy enough. Do they recover quickly when the sun goes off them? It could be dry air (low relative humidity) with heat, if that's the weather you're getting.

when the sun is off the plant, it does recover. It may be dryness. Typically it’s 50% humidy in the day and 80% humidy in the wvening/night. should I be concerned?

In our wet season the humidity is always very high. But during the dry season the humidity can go down very low. The Barbados Cherry doesn't have any problems with that but it's a well established small tree/large shrub.

Ok, on ocasion, we will get low pressure systems and get drenched with rain, right now, the humidity has been constantly at 90-100% but other times we have droughts with humidity in the 40s hopefully the humidity helps keep the few fruit it has right now

i have had a few... the long skinny stems tells me you used a good bit of fertilizer... its growing fast, and it just will have that problem in this scenario in full sun.

i would hold back on any more nitrogen for a while. and make sure it has mulch on top the soil.

if its in a container, black containers in the hot sun can cause problems as well.

ive painted mine white or silver, and add lots of mulch on top.
