Cost Estimate For Fixing LED Light Placement Issue

Hi all. What would you guesstimate the cost to be to have to move an LED light from a shotcrete pool to the correct location? This would not involve drilling any more holes as the holes for the lights and returns, etc were set prior to shooting the shell but pool builder never came out to check subs work and turned out along the way, and turns out a return and the deep end light switched places which put the deep end light over the deep end bench. The issue is that the bench causes over 60% of the deep end to be a black shadow when the light is on. Not just somewhat dark, pitch black. It makes it look like we have a huge sunshelf in the deep end. We have travertine paver decking with a cage over everything. I know even though the shell should not need to be drilled, there is a lot of conduit and pipe work needing to be done and rerouted along with electrical work after pulling up a large part of the deck and digging down to access these areas. I would hope that the piping/conduit could be cut and spliced together without needing to replace the entire length but not sure? In northern FL and pool project was low 6 figures. I have called several pool companies and even reno companies and no one really wants to deal with it so would have to sub this out ourselves (long story with original builder). Just wondering a round about cost, best guess. Any help is appreciated.
