Who is it made by? Have you seen it used in your community?

Can't find it here in Edmonton. BluWorld is the manufacturer. They are quite reputable, but haven't been able to speak with them directly.

If you're in Edmonton, my suggestion would be to go to a retailer of similar products (I can't think of any off the top of my head) and ask lots of questions about the practicality of a manufactured water wall in our climate. They may be able to give you more advice, as well as provide you with other options.

Canar Rock Products, Ellerslie Gift and Garden, Greenland Gardens and Nurseries and other similar retailers all sell fountains that are meant for outdoor use. At $1000+ pricing, I wouldn't want to risk it, unless it could be brought indoors at the end of the season.

ETA: I did find this notation on the floor fountain section of the site.
"All our freestanding fountains can be used indoors or outdoors."
