I wouldn't cover the headboard--it's very attractive wood. Use fabric on the curtains and bedding. While I don't know what fabric that is, you could do a google search for oversized floral/bird fabrics.

That is a UK fabric called Hampton Court Jewell. Comes in a couple of colourways. Available by the yard here & other places.
