    hi, each component is sold separately.

    the photo shows one combination that is popular.

    the bottom is sold as a pair (left side + right side) and is called a tier. (available in 24" or 36" lengths)

    the top has 2 items.

    the side pieces that come down to a point is called a swag (is sold as pair- left side + right side)

    the straight piece that is hung in BETWEEN the swag par is called a valance
