instruction manual

is there a way to access the instruction manual on line. I have had this shower head install for a year now. Recently, whenever I turn the water on, the main rain shower head keeps moving upward until is pops off the anchor on the way. I need to find a way to correct this, but cannot find the paper instruction manual that came with it
