Is this rose rosette?

I have several roses and this is the second time I’ve been concerned. I notice the big cane as compared to the others. This rose is new this year So most canes are small. I did just feed about a week and a half ago so I am seeing lots of red new growth on most plants and new nice green leaves. This one just has me worried.

    I took it to work to get it away from my others and noticed the cane is flat.

    Hi Jennifer …. have something sinilar on one of my roses. did you ever get confirmation if this was RRD or not? surprised no one ever commented on this.

    It does look like RRD to me. One symptom is excess thorniness, which I see in some of the pictures above.
