I know this is an irrigation forum, but I'm not sure what forum would be good to put this question in. We have an older house (built in 1966). We need to have some irrigation work done but before we do that we need to have the yard regraded to manage the foundation and erosion. However, all of the contractors we talk to say they don't do grading.

Do you know what is the magic words to look for in a contractor who does grading as well?
