Help choosing tile with this vanity

Hello, I fell in love with this vanity at lowes. I am doing a new build and would like to use this vanity in my basement bathroom. I'm just not sure what type of tile to use. I originally thought of using a dark grey/slate look but I'm questioning if that would be too dark. Since this is off our basement family room/kitchen area/Rec room I know it would be a high used bathroom so I wanted durable tile that didn't show too much dirt and wear and tear. I'm attaching pics of the vanity and also my original slate tile ideas. I really like a Jeffrey court Hexagon type shaped tile at home depot. It also comes in rectangle shape. Link:

Also there is a large walk in shower that will be glass front with tile on the outside around the door and sides midway up. So all the tiles need to coordinate. I was planning on doing MSI classique white Carrara ceramic wall tile. I used it in my upstairs guest bath and thought it looked very nice. I'm open to suggestions to change this as well Link below. https://www.homedepot.com/p/MSI-Classique-White-Carrara-Glossy-4-in-x-16-in-Beveled-Glazed-Ceramic-Wall-Tile-11-11-sq-ft-case-NWHICARGLO416BE/302026096
I will attach pic of what it looks like in my other bathroom
Thanks for any and all help!
