I am going to be renovating my basement and part of that includes putting a bar (freestanding) in. This part I want to keep on a budget since the rest is being used for the other work and materials being installed. Instead of building a bar again (I had to tear the one I built down) I will be buying one and putting it away from a back wall and I am thinking about putting a sink and some sort of vanity with cabinets against that wall.

I can’t seem to find something such as a kitchenette without the stove. Any tips or ideas on where I can find something like this on a budget? I have seen huge systems that go for 4-5k but again that’s not what I’m looking for. I’ve tried homedepot, Lowe’s, wayfair, Amazon etc but nothing. I have about 6 ft to work with length wise and I appreciate any and all help.
