My apologies if this is a silly question. I am planning to make stuffed peppers from garden peppers and onions. Rather than pour canned tomato soup over it while my garden is producing tomatoes, I was wondering if anyone had made their own tomato soup/sauce type thing to put over stuffed peppers. I always make them with Campbells tomato soup but am hoping to do it differently this time but still taste good!
