Here in Washington you would probably pay about $1000 for demo and $10-12K for install. But I am sure your market is different.

includes tear out of old carpet, installing new floor and moldings. I am removing baseboards myself to save 350.00. I wanted to get them off and sand and paint them so their ready when they go back on.
