    Yes, you can take off the top rod to make it short

    Yes the rods can be adjusted in height and it comes with 3 adjustable rods: 16" + 16" + 6"

    The only way is to change the glass shades, which we dont have different glass shade options of right now. The glass shades provided are clear.
