My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    So it should not waste everyone's time posting. I would think astute consumers would not want to hire employees of a firm who are so selfish with their information. Lack of responsiveness also displays a lack of manners -- it is rude. Do I see a red flag for future clients of this firm?
