did you bare root them at planting .... so we could figure out if one had much smaller root mass???

What kind of Ficus? Ficus are notorious about hating to be moved and their roots disturbed. Summer planning is also stressful. You look like you are in a hot place. It also looks like that third one is a goner, but I'd cut some twigs and see if there is any green inside. When there is green there is hope!

It's worth checking the output of the drip irrigation. The emitters and tubing are notorious for clogging.
