My various butterhead lettuce varieties were chewed to the crown by a groundhog.

They were about 3” across (a bit under a month old), and the groundhog had been “eliminated”...

Based on the concept of cut and come again, can I still end up getting a halfway decent harvest? And will it still “head” as a butterhead should?

Most of them more or less look like this now.
