Sikkens finish on vertical cedar?

Is the Sikkens finish a clear oil-based finish, one of their translucent finishes that impart color or a semi-transparent stain? Thank you!

The Sikkens color and product we used on this project was the "Sikkens Cetol 1+2, 3" with the "Natural Oak" color. You might consider the "Sikkens Log and Siding" in the same Natural Oak color which we have started using more recently. Both are great products.

This project we did use clear cedar on the vertical siding.
