Hi,

Looks like a rhody in my yard is infested with some nasty stuff-

Large lighter green spots on the leaves, same spot on the back turned brown. (is this some kind of fungus?)

tiny white thingy(bit feathery) - are these mealybugs?

larger one on back side of the leaves, with dark spot on their body/wings - lacebugs?

leaves covered with grainy texture - damage by lacebugs?

What is the proper treatment of these issues? yesterday O bought a spray bottle of Neem oil, but the entire $12 bottle can only spray the plant once, and the instruction says spraying every 1-2 weeks. Are there any more economical options?
