My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Martha,

    Your message is date June, 2013, so I am wondering if you made a choice for your flooring? Vinyl has really "upped it's game" recently, and has some wonderful options for the wood look you are going for, and some are scratch and water proof. Tile is always a durable option, but will chip or crack if something is dropped on it, and of course that entails a visit from a professional to fix it. Would love to hear if you completed your project.
