I'm trying to decide if I should offset the faucet. I would like things to gave a clear as view as possible as well as sometimes the fact in the center just seems to be a bit in the way.

The faucet and sink are pictured below.

They are being installed in granite.

The Julien Smartstation sink is 30" long, 18" wide, 10"deep.

The Brizo faucet hose has a 23" reach.Our place is open concept and small.

The counter top is about 39" deep. We have bar stools on the dining room side of the counter.What is your advice, opinion and why or what is you experience?
