My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for a rug and pillows to start with, I’ve been looking around for a while and don’t have any thoughts on colors but know (or at least think) I need more color...we like warm colors since we have so much grey

    Can you take better pictures of all four sides of the room? And include a floor plan with measurements? Is everything we see staying? What other pieces of furniture are you open to getting?
