My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi and thanks so much for your question and interest in our project! The flooring is European White Oak, 6" planks in random lengths, with a custom gray stain. Best of luck with your project!

    Hi Michelle,

    The floor is stained after installation. White oak is available nationwide. I would suggest checking with flooring showrooms and installers in your area. I am sure someone local can order you a few samples to choose from. I hope this helps!

    My flooring installer mixed the stain and I do not know what his stain formula was. Best of luck with your project!
