Hello Plant People..

I noticed something pretty disturbing on my Arrowhead plant (Syngonium podophyllum) today when I went to water it. There is some sort of growth(?) happening on the bottom of it's pot and on the saucer. I have asked a few of the plant loving people in my life for advice and I'm getting mixed feedback. Some are saying the plant is lost, others are telling me it's an infestation and others are saying it's fungus. Please help! Diagnosis and treatment options!
