Syncing the remotes

I installed 8 of these fans in total, mostly two per room. The fan remotes aren't synced, and I don't see how to sync them. How do you sync several of these fans to one remote instead of one remote per fan? Also, is there a way to keep the fan on when you turn the power/switch back on? I currently have to find the remote every time I want to turn the fan on. Most fans go back to the last setting (e.g., turn the switch off when the fan is on medium, it should come back on medium when you turn the switch back on).

Hi Scott, thanks for your question! In order to synchronise the fans please follow the below steps:

    • The fans need to be synchronised within an area the remote can detect.
    • Turn “ON” the supply power for each room and within 30 seconds press the remote control “FAN ON/OFF” button for 5 seconds. Following this you should hear a "beep" sound. This means the syncing process is successful.

Please note that the syncing process will not begin if it is done after 30 seconds of turning the fan on. The power supply of all the fans must be turned on at the same time for them to be synchronised.

The remote controls do not have memory function so it can not go back to the last setting when you turn the power back on.

Please let me know if you have any more questions! Emilie
